What are the box office opening hours?
The Apollo Victoria Box Office opens 10am-7.45pm Tuesday to Saturday, and 10am-3pm on Sunday. Please note that there are no shows on Monday and so the box office remains closed on that day.

Can I buy tickets in person from the box office?
Yes you can buy tickets in person from the box office. You’ll find our ticket desk by the main entrance in the ground floor foyer.

Can I take food and drink into the theatre?
We allow food to be taken into the theatre, as long as it’s cold and in a plastic container.
Does the theatre have disabled seating and how do I book access tickets?

What discounts are available for theatre tickets?
For Wicked The Musical, concessions may be available on the day of the performance. All concessions are strictly subject to availability and at the discretion of the Apollo Victoria Box Office team.
Students: £32.00 available on performance days in person at the Box Office with student ID. When available, exact seat location is determined strictly by availability and at box office discretion. Max 2 tickets per ID.
Standby Concessions: £39.50 available on performance days in person at the Box Office for Senior Citizens, Equity, BECTU and MU members. When available, exact seat location is determined strictly by availability and at box office discretion. Max 2 tickets per ID.
When will I receive my tickets for the show?
You'll receive your tickets by email. This is delivered separately to your order confirmation email and is sent to the lead booker.
- Usually you’ll receive your tickets straight away.
- Emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive, depending on your email service.
- For some events, tickets will be issued 48 hours prior to the show. This will be clearly stated in your confirmation email.

If I can't make it to the theatre due to a personal situation can I get my money back?
All tickets purchased are non-refundable. You can protect your tickets by opting into the SecureMyBooking ticket refund program. Read more details about Ticket Protection here:
Ticket ProtectionWhat is the latecomer policy?
Latecomers can only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, which is approximately 25 minutes after the start of the show. We urge all patrons to leave plenty of time to travel to the venue to avoid missing any part of the show. Please note, no refunds are issued to patrons arriving late.
