Visiting the Apollo Victoria Theatre
Bar
Enjoy speciality cocktails, wines and beers from our selection of bars throughout the venue, including our Stalls, Foyer and Dress Circle Bars that are exclusive to show ticket holders from 90 minutes prior to the performance. The Apollo Victoria is a cashless venue and has an at seat ordering service in the auditorium.
Toilets
The Apollo Victoria Theatre has washroom facilities on each level as well as accessible facilities in the Foyer.
Cloakroom
The Apollo Victoria is not currently operating a cloakroom facility and therefore cannot accept suitcases, rucksacks or large bags. Small bags and coats may be stored under your seat. Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
WiFi
Guest WiFi is available in the venue for customers to connect to and enjoy free internet access. However, phones should always be switched off for the duration of the performance.
Lost property
During a performance all lost property found is held securely in the main foyer. After this time please complete our Lost Property form with as much information and a member of the venue team will be in touch. Please note that the venue is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

The Apollo Victoria Theatre operates stringent safety protocols and procedures across the venue:
Air Flow
The venue's new full-fresh-air ventilation system ensures that everyone in the auditorium has 12 litres of fresh air per second, well above the recommended minimum of 10 litres per second.
Entry
On arrival, as well as showing an eTicket, we may undertake bag checks, so recommend you leave extra time to avoid queues. Suitcases and large bags will not be admitted into the Theatre. Many thanks for your cooperation.
